Hello to all the women and men who are interested in healthy, vibrant skin. Welcome to Bella Pelle, a blog for beautiful skin care information. Bella Pelle means "beautiful skin" in Italian. My name is Virginia Nelson, I am a licensed aesthetician at Chenal Skin Care in Little Rock, AR.
